Walsall’s HomeServe expands US operations

Walsall-based company HomeServe has further expanded its US operation, Home Service USA, with the signing of a five-year agreement with Southern California Gas Co (SoCalGas).
The agreement comes just weeks after the HomeServe’s £9m acquisition of US-based energy services contract business, National Grid Energy Services.
Home Service USA will offer home emergency policies in Southern California and SoCalGas will charge its customers through its regular energy bills for the Home Service products…
