Police hunt for Brownhills robbers

Walsall police are appealing for information over a robbery at a Brownhills supermarket. A gang of five men armed with a crowbar threatened staff and a customer at the Co-op store in Clayhanger Lane last Wednesday 20th.
A substantial amount of cash was taken from the safe and the thieves made off in a stolen blue Volvo S60 at about 6-30am. The men are described as white, aged between 20 and 30 and were wearing dark clothing and balaclavas.
Witnesses are being asked to contact detectives at Bloxwich police station by calling 0845 1135000.
