A carpenter from who battered his estranged wife after she saw him in a Chasetown pub with another woman was jailed for a year.
Stephen Cotton, aged 39, of Gwendoline Way, Walsall Wood set about his partner Mandy – and attacked her again later the same evening after she had reported him to the police, Stafford Crown Court heard.
