Walsall canal drowning man named

An inquest at Walsall Coroner’s Court has named the victim of a canal drowning.
The body of Paul William Titley, aged 35, of Kelvin Place on the Beechdale estate was recovered from the Walsall Canal in Old Birchills by police divers a week ago.
The inquest continues.
