Voted PFA Young Player of the Year in the same season Arsenal historically won the league at Anfield in 1989, he went on to secure a quick-fire second league title in 1991 before helping George Graham’s Gunners consolidate their identity as domestic and European ‘Cup Kings’ with wins in the FA Cup, League Cup and Cup Winners’ Cup.
