The body of murder victim, Danny Hastelow, buried in the wrong grave has still not been exhumed more than a month after an order was made for him to be moved. A rare Consistory Court hearing last month ruled Mr Hastelow, who was laid to rest in a plot marked for a widow, should be reburied in 28 days.

But it has emerged his family has missed the deadline and now the Archdeacon of Walsall Chris Sims must make the arrangements…
