Cricketing legend Sir Ian Botham will be in Sutton Park on Sunday as part his annual charity walk. Twenty-five years after his first walk, from John O’Groats to Land’s End, Sir Ian is stepping out again for blood cancer charity.

A postman will join Sir Ian Botham on the second day of the cricket legend’s anniversary charity walk. Lee Painter, aged 37, will be walking with Sir Ian at Sutton Park in Birmingham on Sunday, April 11 to raise cash for Leukaemia and Lymphoma Research. The Short Heath resident, who works for the Royal Mail in Wolverhampton, is taking part in memory of his brother Wayne, who died of leukaemia in 1999…
