The West Midlands’ commercial property sector continues to recover at a slower pace than other areas of the UK such as London, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors has said. According to the latest RICS’ UK Commercial Property Survey, rental expectations for London offices rose dramatically in the first quarter – moving above zero for the first time since Q4 2007 as available space declined for the second consecutive quarter.
