Cadbury’s new owner Kraft Foods has confirmed plans to move part of the business to Switzerland in a move which could cut its UK tax bill.

Cadbury workers have voted overwhelmingly to accept a 3.7 per cent pay rise from new owners Kraft following a tough five-month battle with management.
The deal was approved by 1,133 workers, with only 47 against, and one spoilt paper. The ballot result, revealed last night, will now be backdated to March 31, providing a substantial bonus for up to 1,000 workers at the firm’s flagship Bournville factory…
