One of Birmingham’s most despised car clampers could be jailed after admitting fraud offences against law-abiding motorists. Andrew Baker, of Pithall Road, Shard End, pleaded guilty to conspiracy to defraud drivers who he wrongly said were parked illegally at Birmingham Crown Court on Monday.
