Now you see them, now you don’t

I reported on Tuesday that travellers had moved onto council land on Coppice Farm Way, well a quick drive round yesterday morning showed that they had evaporated as fast as they’d arrived.
There wasn’t a traveller’s vehicle in site. It’s my view that what we experienced was the site of an “advanced guard” testing out the site for possible use.
Just down the road in Wednesfield their is an encampment of travellers on open land owned by Wolverhampton City Council…
