MP “grandstanding” over Walsall’s missing millions

Walsall Council leader Mike Bird has accused local Labour MP David Winnick of “grandstanding” by demanding an independent audit into £2.8 million of “missing” EU cash – a deficit which will have to be made up by the town’s taxpayers.
