One of Britain’s oldest women is struggling to adapt to life in her new home after she was moved on by Wolverhampton City Council.

Louisa Watts, 106, had to leave Underhill House care home in Bushbury two weeks ago because the council said it could not afford the £2 million it claims it needed to keep it open…
