Steve Jones is battling to be fit to rejoin the fray after injury when Walsall travel to Rochdale on Saturday.
Jones has been sidelined by an ankle injury for three weeks and his absence has been felt on the right wing. His return would be very welcome, especially as the other wide-right option, Alex Nicholls, will again be unavailable at Spotland.
