Investor snaps up City Link’s Darlaston distribution site

A distribution depot used by delivery service firm City Link has been sold to a private investor for an undisclosed sum.
Acting on behalf of City Link, DTZ secured the sale of the 153,481 sq ft Wednesbury Hub, in Midland Road on the Darlaston border, which compromises warehouse space, offices, a vehicle maintenance unit, workshop and store across two sites adjacent to the Black Country Route…
