Darlaston sprinter Mark Lewis-Francis admits he will take things one step at a time as he continues to re-build his career after two years of injury heartache.

The 27-year-old, who won Olympic gold as part of the 4x100m relay squad in 2004, missed the whole of the 2008 season and the bulk of last year with an Achilles injury which left him considering his future in the sport…
