A Bloxwich couple have avoided jail sentences but have been banned from keeping animals for 10 years after keeping eight starving dogs in squalid conditions at their home. Stephen and Helen Wain, aged 34 and 31, were also told to carry out a total of 500 hours community work after admitting causing unnecessary suffering to the animals…
