People looking at the agenda of Thursday’s meeting of the Council’s Development Control Committee (29th April) could be forgiven for thinking that the troubles of “The Bell Inn”, Market Place, Willenhall will all be resolved by the serving of a Notice under section 55 of the Planning (Listed Buildings and Conservation Areas) Act 1990.
